Four Hands · West Wichita
Four Hands Massage in Wichita, KS
Two therapists, one table, one guest. Sixty minutes is $120 and ninety is $180, at 10646 W Central Ave just west of Maize Rd. Call ahead — this is the one session that needs two therapists free at once.
A four hands massage is two therapists working on one person at the same time, in time with each other. Sixty minutes is $120 at Diamond Massage and ninety is $180. There's a two-hour version too, but our booking page hasn't got a price on it yet — call (316) 347-6999 and we'll quote it. We're at 10646 W Central Ave #106 in west Wichita, open seven days, and this is the single thing on our menu we'd rather you booked than walked in for.
What is a four hands massage?
Two therapists, one table, one guest. They don't take turns. While one is working your right shoulder the other is on your left calf, and thirty seconds later both have moved somewhere else. Square lists it as Four Hands Body Massage and it runs 60, 90 or 120 minutes — the same three lengths as our couples room, and for the same three prices.
What it feels like when it's working
You stop tracking. With one therapist, most people follow the hands without meaning to — the stroke finishes on the left shoulder blade and some part of your brain queues up the right one before it lands. With two therapists there's more happening than anyone can keep up with, so after five or ten minutes you quit trying, and that is the entire point of paying for it.
How two therapists stay in time
Mirrored, most of the way through. One leads, the other matches — same stroke, same speed, opposite side — and the lead swaps back and forth without anyone saying a word. Where they split, one takes the back and shoulders while the other works down a leg and a foot. Both are hands-on from the first minute to the last.
How much is a four hands massage in Wichita?
$120 for the hour. There is nothing in this city to weigh that against: of the 7 Wichita studios that publish a complete price list, not one has a four-hands line on it.
Four Hands Body Massage
Two therapists working one body in time with each other. It is a different experience from a single-therapist hour, not a longer one — there is more happening than you can track, which is most of the point. Book ahead: it needs two therapists free at once.

Why nobody else here prints a rate
Read the menus and you can see the shape of it. Massage Envy Wichita West and Hand & Stone Wichita-West both sit on N Maize Rd at NewMarket Square and both sell single-therapist sessions against a membership. Beau Monde West Spa lists relaxing, firm and deep tissue by the hour. Paradise Foot Massage publishes the only other complete menu in Wichita built like ours, and it stops at couples. Another 6 studios — two of them on this same stretch of W Central Ave — publish no prices at all, so there's nothing to read off them in either direction. Our whole menu, four hands included, sits on one page.
What the add-ons cost on a four-hands hour
Himalayan salt stone is $20 and aromatherapy is $10 — the same as on a single-therapist hour, not double. Cupping is $20. None of the three can be booked on its own — ask when you arrive, or tick them in the booking flow. A couples booking is the one where the stones and the oil cost more, because there are two people on two tables.
Four hands or a couples massage?
Who's on the table. A couples massage is two guests, two tables and one therapist each, in the couples room. Four hands is one guest with both therapists. The three prices are identical, so the cost tells you nothing about which to pick — booking for two people, you want the couples room; booking for yourself, this is the one.

Why one person on the table costs the same as two
You're paying for therapist time, not for bodies in the room. An hour of four hands takes two therapists off the floor for an hour, exactly as an hour of couples does, and the price follows that. It's also why it lands at twice the single-therapist rate of $60 instead of somewhere in the middle.
Why this is the session to book ahead
Two therapists have to be free at the same moment, and on a Friday evening they usually aren't. We take walk-ins seven days a week for body, foot, combo and the scratching massage, and most of the time you'll get a table. Four hands is the exception on our own menu.
Call (316) 347-6999 and we'll find an hour that works, or book it on Square. Weekday afternoons are easier than Friday and Saturday evenings. If you're deciding between 60, 90 and 120 minutes first, the session-length guide prices the lengths against each other.
Is a four hands massage safe?
For most healthy people, yes, and the pressure is no higher than a single-therapist session — it's the same work at the same firmness, with two sets of hands doing it instead of one. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says physical approaches including massage therapy are generally safe for healthy people when performed appropriately, and that people with medical conditions and people who are pregnant may need to modify or avoid some of them. The same agency puts the risk of harmful effects from massage therapy as low.
Who's in the room, and what you can ask them
Kansas has no state massage license. The City of Wichita licenses at city level — Chapter 3.55 requires a business license and a therapist permit for every therapist, both renewed every two years, and every working therapist carries a city photo ID card. Ask to see it any time. On a four-hands booking that's two permits and two cards, and NCCIH's own advice to guests is to ask about the training, experience and credentials of the massage therapist you're considering.
